UPDATE: 05/20/2006: Dear Sir, Greetings to you From TREE, So far we did spiritual growth help to an Unreached area -- we conducted twice youth workshops in a remote area. So far we have not conducted revival meetings for the public due to lack of finances. So far we don’t have any donors right now. At present we are collecting local funds from my friends every month 50$(Indian rupees 2,250-) with that we are running the organization. Please pray - uphold our mission in your prayer. Trinity Rural Evangelism Education (TREE) is in GOOTY, a mandal headquarters in Anantapuram district of Andhra Pradesh, India which is a drought prone area. The majority of the people are depending on Agriculture (75%)where the monsoon is scanty and erratic due to global warming. The average rainfall is 540 mm. Groundnut is the main crop. Only one crop grows in a year in this region. The majority of the agriculture people migrate to cities looking for employment, leaving the aged and children at home and creating a number of problems, particularly Health problems. To be very specific, the infection of HIV/AIDS, the dreadful disease, is spreading very fast among people who are migrating because of innocence and lack of awareness of HIV/AIDS.

The literacy rate is very low compared to other districts and other states. There are neither industries nor good agriculture. Particularly lot of unemployment and under employment .the youth and school dropouts are not getting any employment opportunities and getting involved in bad habits like smoking, drinking gambling and prostitution. They are neither getting support from the parents’. Nor society and ultimately becoming antisocial elements, some of them have become Extremists and Naxalites. Hence we feel they need support and guidance to lead a good life to be use full to themselves to their families and to the society al LARGE
