PHASES OF COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT

Huck-Fin Environmental Education (HFEE), and A Better Community For All (ABC4All) pledge combined collaborative effort.

PHASE I: Implement “Riders For The Storm.”

PHASE II: Healthy Cities:  Community Health, Exercise and Nutrition for All (CHEN4All).

PHASE III AND BEYOND:  Additional phases to be defined/created to meet the demands and exigencies of current conditions, as well as the emergence of relevant criteria that will make this effort possible.

PHASE I:  “Riders For the Storm” http://ABC4All.net/riders.htm

Action: A unique two-year project consisting of riding on horseback from the West Coast to the East Coast and back again.

Purpose: Raise 60 million dollars+, of which 90% will go to rebuilding the lives of the victims of the hurricanes. The lead rider and project innovator, 19-year-old Jeromey Schmidt, will be joined by riders and others from each state visited who wish to show support and commitment to the cause.

Effect: It is only through consistent media attention that the cause will stay alive and continue to be funded. The Riders For The Storm will have Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking, a web site and a virtual reality TV show that can be followed by the public in segments.

Feature: Plasma Activated Water (PAW) will be used by both the riders and horses involved, providing an opportunity simultaneously to introduce its benefits to the world and to support the well-being and health of participants who will advance the cause.  FREE bottles of PAW and accompanying literature will be given to people encountered along the journey.

Initial Estimated Cost:  =  $60,000

PHASE II: Community Health, Exercise and Nutrition for All (CHEN4All): http://ABC4All.net/chen4all.htm

Action:  ABC4All is planning to bring the newly and scientifically developed water, Plasma Activated Water (PAW), to schools as part of its comprehensive solution to the obesity epidemic: Community Health, Exercise and Nutrition for All (CHEN4All)

Purpose: Establish Plasma Activated Water (PAW) as central to enhancing the human condition.

Method: As Jeromey Schmidt and the horses of RFTS drink PAW, recordings are made of periodic, regular, prescheduled basic measurements to include:

·        temperature (under the tongue)

·        blood pressure (via hand-held FINGER monitor)

·        pulse

·        breathing rate

and other studies requiring periodic blood analysis:

·        blood electrolytes / hydration

·        lactate studies

There will be PRETEST measurements before there is any activity with RFTS.  Pretest measurements will provide a BASELINE (prior to any PAW consumption) against which all future measurements, once PAW is started, will be made.

Effect:  Launch the educational process of becoming “Healthy Cities” via Community Health, Exercise and Nutrition for All (CHEN4All).

Feature:  Phase II becomes a series of actions outlined: http://ABC4All.net/chen4alloutline.htm.  Phase II will be done COMMUNITY BY COMMUNITY, one at a time, following up the path created by RFTS by TRAINED CHEN4All TEAMS that go into each community to implement CHEN4All.

Initial Estimated Cost: $500,000 (one year).

Respectfully submitted,

David Gray, President, Huck-Fin Environmental Education (HFEE)
