What
does pH mean? This is a measure of how acidic or alkaline a substance is. The initials
pH stand for "Potential of Hydrogen." Acids have pH values under 7,
and alkalis have pH values over 7. If a substance has a pH value of 7, it is
neutral-neither acidic or alkaline.

pH of tap water will be around 7.0,
Plasma Activated Water (PAW) is 9.5 pH (stable for many months).
ORP of tap water will be positive, around + 400 millivolts,
ORP of PAW is negative, around – 250 to –700 millivolts (lasts days
to weeks if refrigerated).
To learn more about how balancing the body’s pH to a higher, more
alkaline level, is healthful, please refer to Alex Guerrero’s book, “In
Balance for Life:”
