GUIDELINES FOR THE CREATION OF A LOCAL ABC4All
WITH CORRESPONDING WEBSITE

INTRODUCTION:

With the release of ABC4All / GHANA, there is available a model for any local ABC4All to be developed in the world. Because so much interest has been expressed by a large number of people in a variety of countries, the model is being made available and can be adapted for any local situation. Any individual or group interested in establishing a local ABC4All can send an email / contact to abc4allmodel (at) gmail (dot) com. Any such requests will be honored in the order received, and the requests will be posted at this website below.

WHO IS A LOCAL ABC4All FOR?

A local ABC4All can be created for any group, community, location, region, territory, island, country, county, section of a city - in short, any location where there is a desire by local people who are receptive and wish to help make the community better for all. The exact extent of the coverage of the local effort will be according to the goals and mission of those creating the effort, to include an area, a region, an entire country, even a continent -- in short as much of an area as the local group decides. Always the area decided upon to be covered by the local effort will be up to those involved!

WHAT AREA IS COVERED BY A LOCAL ABC4All?

The jurisdiction (area covered) for any local ABC4All will be determined by the Co=Founder/Director and initial founding members of the local ABC4All. Any local ABC4All can have subdivisions which focus on regions within the larger jurisdiction of the given local ABC4All.

MODIFYING THE MODEL

The model above will be used and will be modified only by changing local information. The information will be for the given location of the local ABC4All. The changes made are to include an appropriate flag and the local contact information for the Director and the local team. We are very grateful to Vince McLean of Ackee Art who who has created the flash website for the model and who has graciously agreed to assist Local ABC4All efforts to create the appropriately modified website. For this purpose, the request for a Local ABC4All website will be directed to the email recorded below, and once received, the request will be time stamped, posted on this web page at the bottom and then forwarded to Vince who will coordinate making the changes with the new local team. Once completed, the new local website will be listed in the Directory of Local ABC4All's!

WHAT INFORMATION WILL CHANGE?

Various types of information will be changed to reflect the local area involved - e.g., the flag used, the names of the Co-Founder and Director(s) of the local ABC4All, the contact information for the local team, etc.

WILL THERE BE OTHER MODELS FOR A LOCAL ABC4All? CAN ANOTHER MODEL BE CREATED?

The new Local ABC4Allwill be created ONLY based on the existing initial local ABC4All / GHANA for uniformity, as referenced above, so that other models will NOT be solicited or offered.

WHERE WILL THE NEW LOCAL ABC4All WEBSITE BE HOSTED?

The new local ABC4All website will be added to the ABC4All server - creating an appropriate directory and files for that local effort. All local ABC4All's will have a website hosted FREE by the ABC4All Server with the main "index" page following this model:

http://abc4all.net/local/country/abc4all.html.

LOCAL EMAIL LIST AND MAIN EMAIL LIST

Members who join a local ABC4All have their information sent both to the main ABC4All for inclusion in the global email list for receipt of all ABC4All updates and for the local ABC4All list for emails related to the local effort. Each Local ABC4All will create a Gmail account using the format: ABC4Allxx@gmail.com where xx are the intitials standing for the local effort. In the case of the Local ABC4All / GHANA, for example, the initials "gh" are used according to this format.

ARE ALL LOCAL MEMBERS INVITED INTO THE DUAL GLOBAL CITIZEN (DGC) COMMUNITY?

Members of any and all Local ABC4All's will automatically be invited to be added as members to the Dual Global Citizen (DGC) website where there will be located the Global-Loyalty Program and its projects throughout the world, along with links to the "Good News Only (GNO)" High Definition (HD) Global Television station.

LOCAL EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Local communications (emails) coming from any local ABC4All will be directed to local members and do not need to be sent to the main ABC4All.

Any concerns about adapting the model for a given location can be addressed to the Main ABC4All at this email address:

EMAIL DESIGNATIONS

Email addresses for the local ABC4All will follow the model:
Xxxxxabc4all (at) gmail (dot) com where

Xxxxx=country name and is changed to reflect the appropriate country designation.

Where there are more than one locations of ABC4All within a country, the country name can be augmented to designate that area/location within the larger jurisdiction.
EXAMPLE: CountryAreaABC4All (at) gmail (dot) com

PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING LOCAL PROJECTS

The planning and implementation of local projects will be guided by the local team with consultations / input available from the main ABC4All.

CONFERENCES/AGENDAS

ABC4All Conferences/Agendas will be distributed to all local ABC4All's with an invitation to participate. There can be rotating local ABC4All participants in any conference. Attendance at any ABC4All conference is NOT required to participate with ABC4All.

CONCLUSION
