The 1.8 Billion most neglected in the world will EACH be "adopted" and cared for and helped to be lifted up out of their bootstraps just because 1-3 people in unison decide that they, with greater resources, can share and care for the one most neglected and suffering.
The formula is so simple and IT IS DOABLE.
We do not have to wait for a dime of investment to come in.
