It is proposed that A Better Community For All (ABC4All) create

Toyota Prius By-the-Hour Service (BTHS) supporting

This program will simultaneously support The Foundation of A Better Community For All (FABC) AND Schools / Nonprofits throughout the world.

As Philanthropic Development Officer (PDO) of the National Heritage Foundation (NHF): http://www.nhf.org/index.htm ABC4All has the capability to bring any group wishing to create nonprofit status in the USA into existence within 7-10 business days, as opposed to 6-18 months required for approval by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in USA.

One of the objectives of NHF is to "touch lives in other countries:" http://www.nhf.org/foundation_services/ot_countries.htm

"We support our "Foundations at NHF" when they desire to do so:

1. They may support charitable organizations in other countries, and

2. They may support charitable projects in other countries."

Thus, as an example, ABC4All is currently bringing into existence the nonprofit status of Multicultural Youth-in-Action (MYIA): http://www.prweb.com/releases/2003/8/prweb77732.php

Myia Jones, MYIA's Founder at age 10, currently age 12, has been recently chosen as California USA's State Top Role Model, one among "America's Top Role Models" by the Womens Sports Foundation: http://www.womensportsfoundation.org/cgi-bin/iowa/funding/article.html?record=71

Consistency is a word that depicts the attitude Myia displays on the basketball court. Through her performance, attitude and teamwork, Myia attempts to maintain a balance between all three at every practice and in every game. Off the basketball court, Myia is heavily involved with community service. At the age of 10, she started her own organization titled MYIA – Multicultural Youth-in-Action, which encourages other youth to spend a day with senior citizens, spend a day giving low-income youth the opportunity to attend an art event and raise funds for the fight against obesity in kids, among other activities. In addition to her volunteer efforts, for the past two summers Myia has been selected to attend the University of California at Berkley’s Math, Engineering and Science Achievement program for maintaining her grades and school involvement."

As such Myia Jones and MYIA become the proposed spokesperson for the ABC4All model Nutrition Program being implemented with the launch of ABC4All: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2004/11/prweb178191.php With all of the above in place, it is therefore hereby proposed that ABC4All/MYIA co-jointly sponsor the global effort to bring Toyota's Prius BTHS into existence, allowing for hourly rental of Toyota Prius. Every rental can include participation in ABC4All’s Triple Giving Program (ABC4AllGGG): http://ABC4All.net/abc4allggg.htm, creating an automatically generated contribution that can simultaneously support the Foundation of A Better Community For All (FABC), and thereby contribute to the fundraising program of ABC4All currently underway to bring good nutrition to schools nationwide:
