The basic concepts of ABC4All are presented in an introductory overview: http://ABC4All.net/ABC4All_intro.htm
The
demo for ABC4All has been graciously hosted by Holistic Junction:

As
a virtual entity, ABC4All (http://ABC4All.net)
becomes a two-pronged focus that allows for “Maximizing Charitable
Contributions on the Internet.” The combination of the for-profit ABC4All and
the proposed non-profit Foundation of A Better Community For All (FABC) (http://ABC4All.org)
together offer the internet the means to “match” or double any charitable
contribution generated automatically simply by the consumer starting out on the
future ABC4All portal. Only charities are the beneficiary of ABC4All.
Examples
of such directed consumerism exist today both with internet sites offering
charitable contributions (www.igive.com) or
by sites offering premiums (www.mypoints.com).
In both cases consumers starting at the site surf to wherever they wish to
engage in e-commerce activity, and that activity is automatically tracked and
then resultant rebates and/or point generation are made part of a traceable
computerized record of e-commerce activity.
In
no case, however, are contributions generated through e-commerce being matched
or doubled. With the establishment of ABC4All/FABC, we have an opportunity to
create the “Millennium Endowment Fund” or MEF that will permit ABC4All to do
its good work into perpetuity, without benefit to any individual, only to the
benefit of charities who participate. This is the legacy I, as Founder, and
others in our core group wish to create and leave behind for the benefit of
communities into the future. Through this means a major positive influence for
society is created, utilizing the power of the internet and its potential for
assisting communities everywhere.
The
result?
MAKING THE INTERNET THE GREATEST PHILANTHROPIST IN THE WORLD:
