"The Network That Works"
When a Dual Global Citzen (DGC) adopts a child in the world, there is help offered, one child at a time, to work towards reducing the grave humanitarian challenges that exist in the world. It does not have to be a child. It can be anyone suffering in the world.
Such newly reconstituted families or caring for others in need become part of "The Network That Works." The humanitarian community starts here, one person at a time, caring for another:

DGC participate with the World Partnership: ABC4All/Global Loyalty, and as such, are part of the CELEBRATION OF ONENESS Movement:
By participating with the above, DGC are eligible also to participate in the GLOBAL REWARDS Program offered by ABC4All/Global Loyalty: Hands 4 Hope 4 All Humanity (H4H4H)
By taking a profile when signing up with Local Heroes http://localheroes.cc it is then possible to request a H4H4H FREE card that will be shipped to the applicant and which can be used as part of the H4H4H project. Included when the card is used will be a rewards program which, as community members address those most neglected in the world who exist without basic needs met (
1.8 billion people!) such suffering will begin to come to an end on Planet Earth.
Three people, all DGC, can join together (by assignment or by mutual consent) and work to relieve the suffering of ONE person of the 1.8 Billion -- to help provide basic necessities (food, water, clothing, shelter) and basic health care. The "loaded" or funded card from H4H4H will be used to obtain such necessities in living. With such needs met, it is then possible to work towards improvement in living by assisting as well with
Life Goals with any needed training to help create "Never-Ending Self-Funding" and personal independence.
Such capability stems from the creation of "Life Path Centers (LPC)" where new opportunities exist which have not been available before. Included will be vocational training and opportunities to benefit from advanced technologies being made available by ABC4All and Associates.
Through the above activities, the CELEBRATION OF ONENESS Movement grows, more and more people will be rescued by those who care, and the world's most devastating living conditions will diminish with the goal that they be eventually eliminated.
UNITY across DIVERSITY.
Truly the "Network That Works" becomes the ONENESS in the Universe which can help make personal communities better for all.
